Legacy Postpartum Retreat: Gathering the Harvest

Come spend the day wrapped in warmth, softness, and care. This intimate retreat honors the shift of the autumn equinox, when the days grow shorter, the air slows down, and we are invited to gather what we have grown and gently release what no longer serves. Just like the postpartum season, this is a time of reflection, nourishment, and preparation for what comes next.

Join the VIP Access list now to unlock early booking, special rates, and exclusive extras available only to insiders. Space is very limited, and joining the list is the only way to secure your spot before public registration opens for this soul-nourishing retreat.

You are invited to sink into stillness, float in the sun, and be held in every sense of the word. Babies under one are welcome, and we’ll care for you both. You will have access to cozy nap spaces, comfortable nursing areas, and on-site doula support to hold your little one while you rest.

Included in your retreat experience:

  • Restorative spa treatments including massage, facials by House of Kalos, and herbal foot soaks

  • Gentle yoga in the morning with Lesline Pittman

  • Mindfulness art activity in the afternoon with Paulette Arboleda

  • Floating in the pool, seasonal meals, and nourishing snacks

  • Optional wellness workshops to support your body, mind, and parenting journey

This is an all-inclusive experience valued at over $599, but VIPs receive early access to preferred pricing and exclusive bonuses. Space is limited, and joining the VIP Access list is the only way to secure your spot before public registration opens.

Whether you are here to nap in peace, connect in circle, or simply lay poolside and remember who you are outside of motherhood, you will be met with softness at every turn.

Spots are limited. Location details will be shared upon booking. Lesline has never met a cookie she doesn’t like—and she’s serious about helping new moms thrive! An award-winning Registered Nurse and Certified Yoga Teacher, Lesline created the sold-out "You Just Had A Baby" self-care card deck, encouraging new moms to prioritize their health. Her work has been featured by Tabitha Brown and the Florida Department of Health to improve maternal health outcomes worldwide.

Lesline will be leading a gentle morning yoga workshop designed to help new moms reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and ground themselves in the present moment. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness, you’ll explore what it means to Honor your healing, Embrace your body, Acknowledge your feelings, Restore your spirit, and Trust your journey — the pillars of my H.E.A.R.T. method. No yoga experience needed — just come as you are.

Say Hello to Paulette!

Paulette Arboleda is a queer Latina therapist, writer, and community builder. Her work centers trauma healing, reproductive and maternal mental health, and helping women and LGBTQ+ folks reconnect with their worth, their safety, and their soul.

During her 45-minute workshop you are invited into a nurturing space to explore the sacred overlap between parenting our children and reparenting the child within. As we witness the growth of our babies, we are also meeting tender parts of ourselves — parts that long to be held, seen, and supported.

Together, we’ll move through a gentle teaching on matrescence as seasonal unfolding, followed by a somatic grounding practice and a hands-on creative ritual: using art, texture, or symbolic objects to express the inner child and the evolving self of the mother. Through guided journaling and reflection, we’ll explore the question: Who am I now, and what part of me is asking to be parented too?
