  • Funds will go toward securing 2–5 acres of land in Central Florida, the first major step toward building Legacy Postpartum Retreat. That includes land purchase, closing costs, and initial site planning.

  • No, donations are not currently tax-deductible because Legacy is a for-profit business. However, your gift directly supports a community-centered vision for postpartum care and helps bring this space to life.

  • If we don’t reach our full $100,000 goal, every dollar raised will still go toward land acquisition. We may adjust timelines, seek additional funding, or phase development accordingly. Your contribution still moves us forward!

  • Legacy chose a for-profit structure to allow long-term sustainability, flexible partnerships, and the ability to reinvest in the community without the limitations of grant cycles or donor restrictions. Our mission remains care-centered and community-rooted.

  • Yes! We’ve created special donor tiers that include early access to retreat experiences, acknowledgment on our website, curated gifts, and more. Visit our donor page to view the full list of perks.

  • Absolutely. You can:

    • Share the campaign with friends, clients, or your community

    • Introduce us to potential sponsors or collaborators

    • Volunteer or consult as we grow

    • Join as a partner or care provider

  • We plan to open in phases. After securing land in 2025, we’ll begin development and aim to welcome our first guests in early 2026.

  • Yes! We’re building a directory of trusted providers and community partners to support our guests. We’re looking for folks who can work directly with families, lead workshops, and help us create nourishing, restorative experiences.
